Today Uncle Simon hired me to mow his lawn. He picked me up, lawnmower and all, and I mowed the front.
But when I went to the back, the lawn mower mysteriously wouldn't start up. I tried it about thirty times, but the same result.
After about twenty minutes, Uncle Simon told me to just forget it. I said I'll try a couple more times.
I called my dad. Twice. He didn't know what to do.
So then I shot a call up to my Heavenly Dad. "This all you, God. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I was able to start the lawn mower before, but now it won't start. Even if I am doing something wrong, just make a miracle and make it right!"
I brought the mower back to the front lawn (my theory: if I was able to start it in the front lawn, maybe I'll be able to do it again). I tried two more times. Nothing.
Then I did it one last time.
And the engine roared to life.
"OH YEAH! NOW WE'RE IN BUSINESS!" I yelled (for real). "Thanks God."
I went back to the backyard and finished the job.

Day 34 and 35 (Josh): Praying and Pushing Swings
Day 34: I biked to a nearby park and found a quiet place. Then for I don't know how long, I just talked to God. Then waited for Him to respond. Some people from a nearby school saw me and I felt kinda embarrassed for a second. Then I shrugged it off. It doesn't matter what anyone thinks about me now. The only thing that matters is God and His love for me.
Day 35: Pushed my two brothers on the swing. They like to ride it where one of them stands and the other sits. I was half-afraid that they would fall off and hurt themselves because they were wrestling to get a good position while swinging at the same time.
Okay, gotta do one extra day and then the 35 days of love will be over!

Day 30-35: (Timmy) Its been a good 35 days
Day 30:
Took some time out of my day, to make the jeopardy for the kids on friday. Seemed like they really enjoyed it! So did I!
Day 31:
I did ALL the work for my partners in a group project that we had to do. They didn't really contribute at all!
Day 32:
Went ice skating in NYC at rockerfeller center. There was a TON of people! and the rink was crowded with tourist, and people that can't skate. (people were falling EVERYWHERE) So this one kid fell really hard! So I gave him a hand and helped lift him up. I also helped a foreign couple take a picture for them.
Day 33
Thanksgiving service at mery bergtrum. I helped a former co-VBS teacher with his group of children with the junior church. He had a lot on his hands, with a bunch of kids.
Day 34
1st day of Gym volleyball! WOOO! But since i was on the volleyball team, and my coach is my teacher for the class. he called me out, and made me demonstrate for the entire class, I didn't do so good, and a few seniors made fun of me. But i didn't respond back and kept my mouth shut.
Day 35
My spanish teacher doesn't like it when we speak english in her class. Work was done for the last 10 minutes, so she let us do whatever. I helped a friend with her physics homework, considering we were in the same class. Not thinking that it was a big deal to speak in english, I just helped her and told her what to do. My teacher came around, and took points off my grade, meanwhile the entire class was speaking in english about ridiculous conversations. I decided not to argue with my teacher, and just live with it. (although Im really sad) I'm also trying to forgive my teacher, for her ridiculous actions by not punishing everyone else.

Day 33 (Josh): Piggyback Rides and Wiping the Dog
After the CCOB service, my family and I went to look for Christmas trees. Katie asked if she could have a piggyback ride. I said yes. We ran around a bunch of Christmas trees chased by Zach.
As we got back home, we found out Hunter peed on his pad. "Who wants to wipe Hunter?" my dad asked. No one responded. So I stepped up and wiped the dog, and if you want to know, I hate wiping the dog. I always bribe my brothers (I'll let you play the iTouch if you wipe Hunter/Smoochie. My sister calls him Smoochie and for some odd reason, the dog responds to that).

Day 32 (Josh): Filming Ultrakids 4
Today, a couple Mosaic members and I spent the entire afternoon filming several scenes of Ultrakids 4. Everyone did a great job, well-acted, and the footage looks great!
Anyways, I did my best during the filming session to encourage the kids and give them the thumbs up, even though I was kinda tired. But I hope everyone had a good time, and can't wait to finish this movie!

Day 29 - 31: Almost done!
Dang, it's felt like a marathon so far.
Day 29: Walked the dog for my brother, who was at b-ball practice.
Day 30: Chatted with my best friend from kindergarten to catch up on stuff. He moved to a different church when I was 9, but we still keep contact after...8+ years!
Day 31: Mosaic tonight, and gonna do some filming. One of my biggest motivations for doing this movie project was the team building experience for the group, and I really think it's going to strengthen the Mosaic fellowship...btw, we've been talking for several months about changing the name. Something that depicts a safe haven or something...I dunno.

Day 25 - 29 (timmy) Getting kinda lazy...
Day 25: Went outside to play catch with my brother. I meant to play with a football, but my dad drove off with the football in the car. (If you ask my brother, I hate playing with a baseball) I could've easily decided to just go inside and leave him outside.
Day 26:Well, it was my birthday and I got a bunch of notifications of people saying "Happy Birthday" to me on Facebook. I spent the time to thank each and every one of them, commenting under their posts. I typed all of them individually, no "copying and pasting"
Day 27: Getting big!
went to work out with a friend today, but I didn't really know what to do. So I waited for him to finish his workout so he could show me and tell me what to do. He ended up drinking 1/2 my gatorade (which I paid for) and made me walk to the locker room and back just to get his deodorant cause he didn't wanna stink.
Day 28: Paid for my own lunch. There was no bread in the house for making sandwiches --> so I decided to buy lunch with my own money.
Day 29: These sophomores in my Alg II class are selling sour patches for a fundraiser for something. So like 4 of them asked me to buy their candy. I only had one dollar in my wallet, but I bought it anyway emptying out my wallet.

Day 24 - 28 (Josh): Uh-oh
I hope I don't fail this 35 days of love thing when the finish line is so close...
Day 24: Showed part of Ultrakids 4 to some actors, hope they enjoyed what they saw and were encouraged.
Day 25: Played Capture the Flag with friends, enjoyed each other's company.
Day 26: Worshipped God, shared food with siblings.
Day 27: Fail?
Day 28: Sent an email to an old friend asking how he was doing.

Day 24 (Teaching): "How don't you know how to buy lunch?" and Washing Dishes
After my gym class, I have lunch with another friend. So he paced in the locker room after the bell rang to leave. So I asked him whats wrong
He said "I can't find my lunch?"
Who in the RIGHT MIND would steal a lunch. So he asked me for money but I didn't have my wallet. So he got money from another friend but didn't know where to go or which line to go on. (He's a junior, most jnrs already know the system) So I had to get up with him and walk with him like a "mother" and help him purchase his lunch. I also shared my Cheese Doodles with a friend next to me, while I didn't have that much to begin with!
I just finished washing the dishes and emptying the dish washer before my parents get home. Now my hands are all dry and feel weird...

Day 21, 22, 23 (Timmy) This is getting kinda hard
Day 21: once again sacrificing my playing time
I've been sacrificing my playing time for my flag football class and playing ONLY defense because I drop the ball too much and wanna let my other teammates play. So lately I've only been playing defense. (AKA the boring part of every sport)
Day 22: Offering my special work, that I spent lots of time on!
The senior next to me in my criminology class isn't doing so good and is kinda lazy. So my teacher went around the class giving people a chance to make up work that they never did. So the senior next to me always asks me for my work. I honestly don't really care because the work is never going to become valuable to me and its just gonna sit in my notebook and locker for the rest of the year --> then Ima throw it out when the school year is over anyway. Sooo, I gave him the work. That spent me about 1 hour to do.
Day 23: Parents not home, cooking, dishes, responsibility
I played only defense in Football class today --> again, but its the second to last day before GYM VOLLEYBALL woooo!!!
My parents weren't home most of the day due to a funeral. So I had to help reheat the dinner my mom made for my siblings. I just finished washing the rest of the dishes left in the sink. Now while my siblings are "trying to sleep" I am downstairs on the computer waiting for my parents to come home, Sacrificing my sleep to let my siblings sleep. Boy am I gonna be tired tomorrow! Good Night!

Day 21 - 23 (Josh): Ultrakids, Presents, and Chess
Day 21: I was hard at work on Ultrakids 4 today. Worked my hardest on the special effects and editing to make it the best movie it can be for others to enjoy.
Day 22: Brought my brother a birthday present. Hope he really likes it!
Day 23: Played my dad in a game of chess. He just randomly asked and I wasn't doing anything, so I said sure. Just taking some time out of my day to spend it with my dad!

Day 17,18,19, & 20 (Timmy) Lots to say!
well, I purposely saved the 4 days till today to condense into one large post.
Day 17: Nice to people
I went into the city that day to see some people at a exhibit for king tut. So usually, these children are mostly mean to me, continuously making fun of whatever they can. (my face, clothes, butt, things I day etc.) But I decided to cope with it and not start anything or respond to anything they would say to me.
Day 18: Filming!
I was nice to josh, by not complaining every second that I wasn't in action filming. I also sacrificed my body falling in many scenes to help make this movie as funny as it can be.
Day 19: Talking with some random people
Usually after church service I just stand by my parents and wait to leave. But i decided to spark some conversation with a few people I don't normally speak to after service.
Day 20: walking for food, reminders!
To start the day, a friend asked me to walk with him to the vending machines for food. On a monday morning, just as i enter the building, only few would want to walk around the school for a friend. But, i did anyway.
I also reminded a friend about a test and to get a pencil for a gym test. He would've received a zero if he forgot a pencil!

Day 19 - 20 (Josh): Play Instead of Work
Day 19: After gathering all the amazing footage from the U4 film shoot, I was really tempted to just jump and edit as much as possible. But I said to myself, "You know what, my cousins are still over, and there's a time for everything so I should just hang out and spend time with them instead of working (usually its the other way around, haha...)." And besides, it was Sunday, rest day right?
Day 20: Had a quiz in Business 101 today. I walked into the classroom and sat down. "You may use your books," said the professor. WHAT? I had totally forgotten that it was an open-book test! I grinned like a beaver with a log and pulled my textbook out of my backpack. ACE (plus bonus points)!
The guy sitting next to me asked to borrow a pencil. Being that it was my 20th day of love, I said yes. Then a guy two seats behind me asked to borrow a pencil as well. Double love! Anyways, I was glad I could lend pencils to test-takers in need.

Day 16 - 18 (Josh): Crazy weekend!
Day 16: In class, I volunteered to lead one of the small groups in the activity when no one else really wanted to.
Day 17: Mosaic! We shot scene 3 of Ultrakids 4. During filming sessions, I try to make sure everyone is involved while trying to retain order and getting good footage results. People seemed to enjoy themselves during the first film shoot, and we had some pretty funny outtakes.
Day 18: I am literally half-dead from the most intense filming session IN MY LIFE. For five and a half hours (12:00 - 5:30pm) we filmed the two most complex scenes of Ultrakids 4. Two battle scenes. Filmed back to back. It woulda been hard enough trying to film one, but I thought to myself 'Hey, we is gunna be out there anyways so we might as well do the other scene.'
Those almost qualified as my famous last words.
I cannot thank everyone who participated enough, whether you acted, supervised, filmed, got the cast food, waited three hours, did twenty takes of one shot, etc. Everyone just worked so incredibly hard, and I am just so incredibly thankful the opportunity to make this movie. Praise God!

Day 15 (Timmy): Computer Sharing
Currently, I am posting this from my phone through text message so hopefully it works!
I shared a computer with a friend who seemed to be having trouble with his flash drive at school. I was finished and let him use my computer and login to get on and access his documents.

Day 15 (Josh): Letting my brother drain my battery
Okay, so similar to Day 13, I let my brother use my iPod for a good deal of time today. He brought it with him when he went to get a haircut, and he used it for a while in the morning. My score on StickWars must be pretty high by now.
Being honest here: letting people use my iPod is a last resort if I haven't or can't remember anything I've done that I would consider a worthy act of love toward someone else. I'm going to try to do different acts of love other than this one from now on.

Day 14 (Timmy): Benching myself & Doin Work! (All of it)
In my flag football class, there was a sub.
Lazy substitute teacher + Gym class + 21 guys + football field outside - other teachers = Chaos and Maddness!
So today, I didn't really get a chance to play. I sacrificed my spot to a sophomore and let him play a majority of the game while, I sat on the side just throwing a football at a fence. (I was the only one not playing, but I did get a little playing time)
In physics it was LAB DAY!! Wooo! (not really) I ended up getting paired with 2 really lazy lab partners who do minimal to NO work. So, I was nice enough to do all the work and maybe we..wait (*coughs*).. I will end up with a A! just kidding. WE will get an A!

Day 14 (Josh): Chocolate Oatmeal
"What do we have for breakfast?" I asked my mom.
"You can make oatmeal," she said.
"Is there anymore apple cinnamon?"
"We just used the last one."
I had plain oatmeal with about half a pound of brown sugar and a beehive of chocolate chips. Then I helped my brother make some chocolate oatmeal as well.

Day 12 and 13: iPod Rentals and My Precious Book
Yesterday, I saw a lot of people and a lot of them wanted to play my iPod. Being so generous, I said, "Sure, for only 99 cents an hour." No, not really.
But thinking back on it, an iPod...well, it's not a cheap thing like one of those Burger King toys. It's pretty useful, and I do use it alot. The point I'm trying to make is, don't put heavy emphasis on material stuff. I'd take all the risks of getting it broken or dropped just so I could spread some of God's love to my friends by letting them enjoy my material possessions.
Anyways, today I officially gave my book to Timmy. The Blueprint by Jaeson Ma, which I got from the 1040 screening. He had asked for it last week already. I gave it to him yesterday, and then video chatted with him today.
He showed me the book. There was about a million post-it notes stuck in it and highlights all over the pages.
"Keep the book," I told him. "My act of love for today."
He kept the book.

Day 13 (Timmy) Keeping quiet, passing my calculator, Sharing some "amor"
In my Honors algebra 2 class, a freshmen criticized my level of smarts. (Class is 3 freshmen, 2 juniors and 17 sophomores) Why, you may ask?.. well, we were doin some work, so I turned around to ask my friend a question. (which I guess so some people was a stupid one) Out of NOWHERE he just blasts out at me? normally he never speaks?
"How can you not be able to do this? I've been able to do this since the second grade! Do you even belong in this class?!" - Him
"Whoa dude.. Chill, its math?" (I respond)
He then tells me he's sorry and I will one day own a successful Chinese restaurant. (Which kinda insults me more making him not sorry?) So after that I just turned around and continued my work.
After this I could've insulted him many times back. Considering my age difference, and.... never mind, I'm not gonna insult him on this blog. (BAD THING TO DO!)
We also continued to pass around my calculator, for some reason? But I gladly gave it and just let everyone use it!
And I shared with a few friends about the spanish test I took earlier. (Gave them the info as to whats on the test) Meanwhile, I tell them everything but NEVER receive anything back.

Day 10, 11, & 12: Mosaic meeting, Trick or treating
Friday
A dude in my Math class asked me if he could borrow my calculator, while I still needed it for my work, but I gave it to him anyway. Well, we had a mosaic meeting, and I made some announcements, and I voluntarily played the guitar.
Saturday
I washed my own dish after eating my lunch. I went with my dad to BOB's store so he wouldn't be alone.
Sunday
I let the adults rest and I took 5 boys out into the frigid cold to go trick or treating, (I didn't get ANY candy)
A dude in my Math class asked me if he could borrow my calculator, while I still needed it for my work, but I gave it to him anyway. Well, we had a mosaic meeting, and I made some announcements, and I voluntarily played the guitar.

Day 10 and 11 (Josh): Playing with my cousins and Harvest festival
Yesterday Timmy and I made the announcement to the Mosaic members, telling them to join us on the 7 days of love. After Mosaic was over, I spent some time with my cousins, playing taps with a football and having fun.
Today, my fam is going to the Harvest festival, and my act of love is going to be giving all the candy loot I get away to other kids. Haven't done it yet, but I'll post an update when I do.
Btw, here's a 7 days of love rap:

Btw, here's a 7 days of love rap:
7 days of love
it’s kinda neat
you do one act of love
for every day of the week
me and timmy
we’ve been doing it for 10 days already
our arms are sore and legs like spaghetti
but it don’t matter none
cuz we gotta show the love of God
to everybody we meet
no matter where they’re from
you can follow me and timmy on our blog
jtmosaic dot blogspot dot com
and comment
talk about your act of love today
how you showed god’s love in different ways
you can do something small
like sweep the floor
or you can do something crazy
like sing at a mall
but no matter what you do
all you gotta know is
that god loves you
and you wanna show it
so starting tomorrow, join the 7 days of love
we gonna bring god’s love down to earth from above
UPDATE: So we went to the Harvest festival...but I didn't get any candy. So today, I blew some leaves off my neighbor's yard. It was pretty nerve-wracking because I hoped he wouldn't come home before I was done, but I did it anyways without fear.

Day 9 (Josh): Writing an email for my sister
So Abby had this list of songs and I laboriously typed them for her. It was a very long song and I was trying to get stuff done on the computer, but I took the time out and helped her.
Day 9 (Timmy) Neighbor's dog.. Again and Nyack Lady
Earlier today at lunch, a friend had forgotten to do his homework. (It was to read a book, and answer questions) So he asked me to use my iPhone to look up "sparknotes" and help him. Si I thought about it, and risked my phone getting taken away to help out my friend. But it all turned out ok.
So today I had to care for my neighbor's dog again... Considering I may not get paid. Although, she is in the hospital for a broken arm.
Later at night, I attended the college fair for my high school. Basically a whole bunch of colleges were there so i could find info, and talk to some people. There was the really small christian college, called Nyack College, its in New York. And I noticed that no one was at the table speaking with the lady, and I was sorta interested. (It was kinda outta my range, I don't know if I have a desire to go there) But I feel like God called me to the table, and I struck a conversation with the lady. turned out that she knew the same person I did from Nyack: A professor or something named Frank Chan, who spoke at my church a few times. We ended up talking, and she kinda caught my interest? by the way, this was one of the first times, I spoke about my Christian faith outside of a church, to a complete stranger. (God just made it pretty comfortable for me)
So now, here I am thinking? Is God calling me to a christian college for ministry? I don't know? We'll see. Also, I just can't stop thinking about God? In class? EVERYWHERE!?

Day 8 (Josh): Helping my lil' sisters
Katie came up to me and asked "Can you help me turn on the computer?" I did.
Abby came up to me and asked "Can I use your iPod?" I said, "Sure." She looked surprised but happy.
Zach came up to me and asked "Can I use your iMac?" I said, "Not now." He didn't look too happy.
Right now, I kinda feel like Timmy on Day 2 because even though I committed to doing this, I really don't got a lotta opportunities to show to others besides my siblings, being homeschooled and all. So when I do get the chance, I kinda have to jump at it or I lose it.

Day 8 (Timmy) Letting people copy my work... Caring for my nieghbor's dog
Today in school, there was a lot of work that had to be done.
In my first and last class, I had a few worksheets I had to do. 2 girls, one in each class asked me if they can copy my work. SO, how did i respond "sure whatever." Usually, i don't care that someone copies my work unless its something extremely major or I can get a "F" for it. But I shared it with them anyway.
After a few hours at home, my mom told me that I had to care for my neighbors dog for the afternoon because of an incident at Penn Station (I don't know the details) So, I went and took care for the dog. Normally, my neighbor doesn't pay me for this kind of "random calls" service. Rather, only for the "long period of time services." And she still hasn't paid me for 2 days i cared for the dog. Plus i don't really enjoy the work. Regardless, I go to care for her because I care!

Day 7 (Josh): Praying for others
Today I spent some time in prayer for a sick sister in Christ. I've never met her, and before a couple days ago I didn't know how I could genuinely care for someone I've never met.
But God's shown me that love is more than just a feeling. Love is an action, and today I combined that action with the power of prayer in order to combat the demons of death.
I will continue praying for this person.

Day 7: (Timmy) Sacrficing my gym locker and speaking with a random fellow?
Well Today was odd?
Lately one of my friends didn't have a gym locker because it was broken and he was too lazy to ask for another one, but its really not that hard. So lately he's been using my locker, which me and another dude share already. (thats 3 people in a locker!) and the locker is really small, maybe about the size of 2-3 microwaves? And today he decided to put his sneakers in, and lock it on me. So today i had to reopen it, then pack his shoes up for him and cautiously put them in, WITHOUT SMASHING THEM! or he will KILL me!
In my history class, a random fellow, whom i wouldn't call friends but "classmates" approached me. And asked me stuff about the volleyball team, which i am 95% sure he already knew about. And he told me that he was interested in playing, and asked about all the forms, and deadlines. Honestly, i was about "this" (Imagine me putting my hands together in a small space) close to insulting him about not making the team, but i didn't. He's kinda outta shape and is one of those people that think "ohh.. volleyball = madd easy team to make." Soo, i didn't want to say nothing, but I still told him although, i have kinda "angry" feeling toward him.

Day 6 (Timmy): Washing one dish & Buying Tator Tots: With my own money
So today, my family didn't have cold cuts, so I had to buy lunch at school.
Normally, I don't ask my parents for money and pay for myself, but after paying 20 bucks for dinner, I felt the need for my parents to pay for my school lunch. However, i just decided to pay for my own food and ended up sacrificing a few bucks. Then later at lunch, a friend who normally makes fun of me (in a fun and playful way but sometimes hurtful) asked me to go with him to purchase tator tots so he wouldn't be alone. So i did without complaining and everything was alright.
After getting home, my mom decided to make me a snack, then told me to clean my dish, so I did, although I didn't want to. I didn't complain but did it anyway.
Also, I still haven't received the dollar back from my friend, and haven't asked him. JUST SAYING

Day 6 (Josh): Walkin' the dog for my bro
My mom told me to tell my brother to walk the dog. I knew he was playing basketball. I wanted to spend some time alone with God anyways, so I walked the dog for him. I had some good prayer time with God with a leash in one hand and bags of poop in the other.

Day 4 and 5 (Josh): Lots of Love!
So yeah I was with Timmy for all of Day 4. We filmed a video blog that we'll post sometime this week (it's pretty funny) and you can see all the goofy stuff we did there, like setting the grill on fire and stuff.
Jaeson Ma was really on fire at the Manhattan screening of the 1040 movie. It was a great time and the Holy Spirit really filled that auditorium. JMA spoke for about 30 minutes after the movie and concert and I filmed most of it with my little camera. I'll try to post it so you guys can experience his inspiring message as well.
Todaaay...I was wracking my brain over what to do. I had some opportunities but I didn't grab at them as quickly as I should have, and by the time I decided to go ahead with these 'opportunities' they had sadly disappeared. So I failed at that like Timmy did on Day 2.
But my sister and I are both hard at work on our business project...which is due tomorrow morning. So we're rushing to get it done tonight and my act of love was to let her use the iMac. Which has internet. And I use the lil' old rusty PC.
Alright, that's all for today.

Day 4 & 5 (Timmy) Pooking Dinner, Jaeson Ma, and Running Errands
Well today is day5 but I got home kinda late so here's a combined entry.
On saturday, Josh and I decided to head down to Chinatown to help out at the church saturday program with some kids. While he did that, I took a few mosaic members with me to pathmark to purchase some groceries for dinner. We will show a video of what we did that day to you guys on friday. It was really good, everyone helped me cook, and we all had a really great time together. Me and josh paid 30 bucks together for dinner. Which is why I called it "pooking" I paid for and cooked Dinner. (I paid 20, he paid 10) So we ate burgers and kraft mac and cheese. Then later we headed off to see the man who inspired us, Jaeson Ma. He was a really great speaker and inspiring!
Day 5
Today, i didn't head down to church because I got home kinda late. Oh well, but instead I decided to head with my mom to run some errands and get some groceries for a few hours, so she wouldn't be alone. It was ok, getting some stuff. but I sacrficed my own time which I could've spent doing my crazy homework, which Im doing now.. or just relaxing.

Day 3 (Timmy) Inviting Mad people! Traded to another team!
Well, today was interesting. Lately, I've been just asking God for opportunities to fulfill, and just do it, while later recalling it and saying to myself "wow, I guess I could just put this on the blog." So here I am typing this now.
Today, I was caught up in busy planning, inviting people to a "planned act of love" that you will hear about in tomorrow's post. So here I am on Facebook, day and night, responding to people and asking them, and just praying to God that they will come. I invited about 5 extra people and God as had about 2 respond, Good enough. He also helped provide a back-up in case I run outta money. (PRAISE GOD!)
Well, on the other hand, I take a flag football class at school (Yea its maddd fun!) and today my team of 6 was playing a team of 4. As a result, I was forced to go to the other team. I decided that I would prove my team wrong and play my but out. I didn't help the other team to win, but I did play hard enough to get the tie. (Good Enough) It was hard cause it was like I was playing myself. In the end, I said sorry because my touchdown kinda cost them the game. The score would've been 3-2 and they would've won. My bad! But at least I attempted to try, and help the other team. Although none of them were my friends, and they decided to not pass the ball to me :( They thought I would drop it purposely. But I played hard on defense, and they weren't mad at me at the end of the game, rather they were mad at the rest of my team.

Day 3 (Josh): Happy Birthday!
Wrote a birthday card to my mom today. I used my trademark cartoon characters that I made up when I was 9. I haven't given it to her yet, but I'll update this post when I do!

Day 2 (Timmy): Failure?
Well Today was interesting?...
There wasn't much going on but I did get my braces off on the top part of my mouth, and I always thought about god and prayed that everything would be ok? And I remembered him as my teeth was sensitive and in pain as they put the spit sucker in my mouth. Also, I prayed as they made a mold of my teeth and I was close to gagging and vomiting there. (That would've been gross!)
There wasn't really anything that came in mind as I was "attempting to do things today."
but, in my physics class, as you guys recall, my friend didn't offer me to pay be back that 1 dollar, and so far I'm not gonna beg for that dollar back. So Im kinda loving him by not receiving his money.
I kinda failed for day 2?... Sorta? depends how you look at it? Instead of loving others, I kinda loved god and remembered him through the day and constantly prayed? (does that count) well I didn't beat Josh today, sorry Lord, and everyone. Since I failed Im gonna make up this day and do an extra day in the end...

Day 2 (Josh): Babysitting
Today I babysat lil' Aaron and Colin. It was, technically, the first time I've officially babysat anyone. I wasn't nervous about it because of my many years of previous experience. What I was nervous about was biking there. My sense of direction isn't that great; I got lost in an elevator once (no, jk). And with all the cars driving besides me at 50 mph...
But I got there and back alive. It was fun hanging out with Aaron. He told me he wanted to become a dad, a police officer, and a secret agent when he grew up. "Well, I used to be a secret agent," I told him modestly. "You want me to train you?"
He nodded.
"Well, first you gotta have your secret agent name. Mine is Pickle Pizza Man. What's yours?" I asked.
Aaron thought for a second. Then he said, "Zachary."
Zach is my younger brother.
After we went on a top secret mission, we played with trains and puzzles. Then I left.
So yeah, Day 2 of 35! Now let's see what Timmy got...
Peace,
Josh

Day 1 (Josh): A Whole New World
If any of you think Timmy had to remind on FB to do the 35 days of love, I had already done mine and was gonna post it ASAP!
So some of you know Abby and I play the piano. Well Abby takes piano lessons and I kinda bang on the piano after her. Needless to say, I sound pretty good. I mean, we're both trying to play 'Wedding Dress' by Taeyang and I'm playing it nice and smooth while Abby...well, it kinda sounds like she's using a hammer to hit the keys (no offense sis. I'm just joking. A little. Kinda. Maybe. Not.).
ANYWAYS. So I was practicing the intro to 'Wedding Dress' when Abby comes up and slaps me with her piano book. After I recover, she looks at me and says "Photocopy the notes for 'A Whole New World' for me."That can kinda tell you what kind of relationship my sister and I have. She expects me to photocopy notes for her from the same book that she slaps me with two seconds before.
Lucky for her, I'm doing this 35 days of love with Timmy and I said, "Sure my lovely sister." I went and made that photocopy for her in the office, then came back down and handed it to her. She had stolen my seat and was now practicing the piano.
So yeah, my first day of love wasn't nothing big, just photocopying a song sheet for my sister. But you know, God uses small things for his big purposes and I genuinely love my sister even though she bugs me sometimes. We're tight. Right sis?
Okay, c u tomorrow.
In Christ,
Josh

Day 1 (Timmy): This is gonna be a long 35 days!...
Ok, so today was the first day of this experiment. This morning I woke up and totally forgot about this thing, until I got onto the school bus and remembered....
There were a few things that happened through the day that I could've done. I worried that nothing was gonna come up and I would fail only on Day 1....wow that would stink.
now onto what I did.
There were a few things that happened through the day that I could've done. I worried that nothing was gonna come up and I would fail only on Day 1....wow that would stink.
now onto what I did.
- To begin my day, a "friend" (not really) asked me for a pen. This "friend" made fun of me my freshmen year for his enjoyment and always I would shrug it off. But, without even thinking about "35 days of love" I happily offered him a pen, which I knew I would never see again, and still haven't.
- On the day before, (Yesterday, before even talking about this idea with Josh) a friend (this time a real friend) asked me for a dollar to purchase a lollipop. I easily offered him a dollar, but most of the time I am hesitant over handing out money. I think God was previewing the experiment on the day before? Strange?... well back to the story, today he offered to pay me back, but he only had a 5, which i didn't have change for. So I said he could keep the dollar, didn't really care for it.
